Innovative Methods for Growing Your Business:
Concepts in Franchising and Outsourcing
Tuesday, May 20, 2008 Reception, Dinner & Presentation:
6:00pm - 9:00pm
As a formula for success, entrepreneurs today must consider emerging business models that leverage
the expertise, capabilities or channels of others. What allocation and deployment of resources
offer the most opportunity for growth?
Join the Founders Forum for a presentation exploring two avenues of growth. Fred Kriss, CEO of
Constructive Ideas and founder of Franchise Right!, will discuss expanding your business by selling
the concept/model/technology via franchising. Jim Davis, president of OEMS, will discuss growing
your business through virtual methods such as outsourcing manufacturing, back office, design,
advertising, accounting, and more.
